A Short Story Of
Who We Are
Brian, the shop owner, has been in the auto repair business since 1989. He was a general manager of Casey’s Independent Auto Repair, a shop in Vancouver, WA, from 2010 through 2022.
He has ASE Master Certification in gas and diesel vehicles. He also has Bosch and Cummins certifications. Our mechanics are also certified. Our diesel specialists have certifications and worked in the same shop in Washington.

Are you a professional and experienced Service Advisor looking for a new opportunity to grow your career? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
At our company, our mission is to provide our customers with all of the information necessary to make an educated, long-term plan for automotive maintenance and repair. We strive to be the best in the industry and we are passionate about what we do.
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both on the phone and in person. Your main responsibility will be to provide them with clear, concise, and accurate repair estimates based on technician inspections and recommendations.
you will communicate with both technicians and management, as well as our customers in a professional and effective manner, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Maintaining a professional attitude and appearance is important as well as staying current with technology, such as using automotive repair management systems and digital inspection programs. Your role will also include meeting or exceeding all required sales and performance benchmarks.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of service advisor/manager experience and be a strong team player who can work well with others. ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
